**  At 30 June 2015 the McPherson’s Group owned 82.21% of Home Appliances Pty Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiaries.  Subsequent to year end, on 6 July 2015, the McPherson’s Group acquired 

the remaining 17.79% of Home Appliances Pty Ltd.

*** These subsidiaries form part of the Home Appliances Pty Ltd closed group and as such have been granted relief from the necessity to prepare financial reports in accordance with Class Order 

98/1418 issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

All investments represent 100% ownership interest unless otherwise stated.
