    Brett Charlton

    Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

    Brett was appointed CEO and Managing Director of McPherson’s Limited on 1 August 2023. He is a growth-focused CEO and commercial leader who has developed an international career in the consumer goods industry across the Asia Pacific region. Brett has worked with a gold standard set of companies, including Diageo, PepsiCo, Fonterra, Sanofi, and Private Equity, for over 25 years before channelling his experience into advisory and consulting services.

    Brett is a strategic thinker who connects the dots between divisions for organisations, with a speciality in governance and operations of organisations large and small. He is a respected confidant to leaders in the ASX c-suite and a trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs, and functional General Managers. 

    Brett is a Graduate and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Graduate School of Management from IMD in Lusanne, Switzerland, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Human Resources) from Griffith University.

  • Paul Witheridge

    Paul Witheridge, B.Com, CA

    Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary

    Paul was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of McPherson’s Limited on 1 December 2011, following his position as Chief Financial Officer of McPherson’s Limited in May 2010. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. Before joining McPherson’s, he held senior financial and company secretarial positions with several listed companies in the retail sector including Chief Financial Officer of Angus and Coote Limited and OPSM Limited. Prior to that, Paul spent six years within KPMG’s Audit and Assurance Practice.


  • Supriya Singh

    Supriya Singh

    Commercial Director – ANZ

    Supriya has had a robust international career that began at Proctor and Gamble, with 17 years in roles across Beauty Care, Oral Care and Home Care, in markets throughout Southeast Asia, Japan, and Australia. She was appointed McPherson’s Commercial Director – ANZ in 2021 and prior held the position of Managing Director of L’Oreal Philippines where she was the first female country manager at the helm of the beauty subsidiary. Supriya has over 20 years’ experience in the consumer goods industry and Senior Leadership roles where she led many market entries for growth.

    Sales Director – ANZ

    With over 20 years’ experience in sales management, Jane is an expert in steering field and account sales teams in the grocery, pharmacy, health food, and eCommerce sectors across Australia and New Zealand. She was appointed McPherson’s Sales Director – ANZ in November 2023 and prior to her roles at McPherson's, Jane held pivotal senior leadership positions at Sanofi, showcasing her versatility across diverse sales markets, spanning health & beauty, consumer healthcare, OTC, ethical, scheduled medicines, and generics.

    With a customer-centric approach, Jane has a solid track record of developing sales strategies and transforming sales teams into high performers through effective leadership, mentorship, and development initiatives. She is renowned for leading diverse and talented teams to success with a proven ability in sales and account management, coupled with a keen business acumen.

  • Jade Peak

    Jade Peak

    Sales Director – International & eCommerce

    Jade has over 15 years’ experience in global markets with over 10 years focused on FMCG with strength in business development, market entry strategies, relationship management, localised sales and marketing and education and training. Jade holds a Bachelor of Education and is an International Specialist, Partnership Manager and Change Agent. She was appointed McPherson’s Commercial Director – International in 2021 and has a history with McPherson’s Consumer Products holding previous roles as General Manager International Export in 2019 and Export/Business Development Manager in 2018. Prior to this Jade held management roles in the international space at Perrigo, BWX and PharmaCare Laboratories.

    Stuart MacAulay

    Supply Chain & Logistics Director

    With over 25 years’ experience in operations across ANZ and APAC, Stuart brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of driving operational excellence in strategy, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, and sourcing. He has a notable record of partnering with businesses and successfully transforming organisations by implementing best practice strategies, supported by infrastructure, metrics, and processes that ensure sustainable results. Notably, he has been recognised as a 'Best in Class Supplier' by major ANZ retailers and wholesalers, a testament to his success in implementing strategies that deliver tangible results.

    Stuart was appointed McPherson’s Supply Chain Director in November 2023, bringing with him expertise to deliver greater operational efficiency, meet customer demands, and drive continuous improvement in our supply chain processes.

    Mary Pearce

    Research & Development Director

    Mary was appointed McPherson’s R&D Director in 2017, following her position as Quality and Compliance Manager – Private Label. She has over 20 years’ experience in the quality and research industry, providing a highly developed quality and compliance background from beauty and household consumables. Mary has held previous management positions at Melbourne Earth GP Network, Beautiworx and Monash University and holds a PhD in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science, Biochemistry. Mary’s extensive industry experience allows her to bring innovation, insights, and product improvements to McPherson’s.

    Chief People Officer

    With a career spanning over 25 years, Hanli is an expert leader in shaping people strategies to drive business success. Her expertise covers a diverse spectrum of industries, including FMCG, Infrastructure Services, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Manufacturing, both on domestic and international fronts.

    She was appointed Chief People Officer at McPherson's in October 2023, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in organisational change management and mapping culture paths. She leans on her experience to solve complex business challenges by fostering collaboration, taking a holistic approach to system dynamics, and steering efforts toward tangible results. She is an advocate for continuous improvement and is dedicated to creating a positive momentum that propels organisations forward.
