CEO & Managing Director
Grant has a rich history with McPherson’s, being appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of McPherson’s Limited on 14 December 2017. Effective 20 February 2018, he was appointed a member and Chairman of the Board’s Audit, Risk Management and Compliance Committee, and a member of the Board’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Grant was appointed interim CEO & Managing Director on 10 December 2020, and was appointed as CEO and Managing Director on a permanent basis on 31 March 2021. Grant stepped down as a member (and Chairman) of the Audit, Risk Management and Compliance Committee on 19 January 2021.
Grant is a proven leader with more than 30 years of branded consumer goods experience both domestically and internationally, including leading the finance and supply chain functions in both large and mid-sized Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organisations. He has a strong record of delivering improved performance outcomes across varied functions, business sectors and geographies.
Grant most recently held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Sunny Ridge Farms and prior to this role has had an extensive history of senior management positions, where he was responsible for operations spanning Australia, China, Singapore, and Joint Ventures throughout Asia. His vast experience includes the positions of Chief Financial Officer of Carlton & United Breweries (CUB), Group Managing Director of Supply for CUB with the Fosters Group and Chief Financial Officer for the Asia Pacific Region at McCormick & Co.
Grant is focused on driving excellence and growth through meeting consumer needs and building long-term sustainable partnerships for the future.
Grant is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business.
Paul Witheridge, B.Com, CA
Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary
Paul was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of McPherson’s Limited on 1 December 2011, following his position as Chief Financial Officer of McPherson’s Limited in May 2010. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. Before joining McPherson’s, he held senior financial and company secretarial positions with several listed companies in the retail sector including Chief Financial Officer of Angus and Coote Limited and OPSM Limited. Prior to that, Paul spent six years within KPMG’s Audit and Assurance Practice.
Commercial Director – ANZ
Supriya has had a robust international career that began at Proctor and Gamble, with 17 years in roles across Beauty Care, Oral Care and Home Care, in markets throughout Southeast Asia, Japan, and Australia. She was appointed McPherson’s Commercial Director – ANZ in 2021 and prior held the position of Managing Director of L’Oreal Philippines where she was the first female country manager at the helm of the beauty subsidiary. Supriya has over 20 years’ experience in the consumer goods industry and Senior Leadership roles where she led many market entries for growth.
Commercial Director – International
Jade has over 15 years’ experience in global markets with over 10 years focused on FMCG with strength in business development, market entry strategies, relationship management, localised sales and marketing and education and training. Jade holds a Bachelor of Education and is an International Specialist, Partnership Manager and Change Agent. She was appointed McPherson’s Commercial Director – International in 2021 and has a history with McPherson’s Consumer Products holding previous roles as General Manager International Export in 2019 and Export/Business Development Manager in 2018. Prior to this Jade held management roles in the international space at Perrigo, BWX and PharmaCare Laboratories.
Chief People Officer
Sarah has over 17 years’ experience in Human Resources, spanning over a diverse range of industries, including FMCG, facility services, retail, legal and professional, power and energy, and the not-for-profit space. She was Appointed McPherson’s Chief People Officer in 2016 where she drives the mission, vision, purpose, and values of the company. She held previous management roles at Active Group of Companies, YMCA, Toll Group and SMEC Australia. Sarah leans on her years of experience as a Human Resources professional to bring forward-thinking and a people-centric approach to McPherson’s.
Global Supply Chain Director
With over 20 years’ experience across operations and supply chain, Mark has worked in management roles within several industries including pharma, FMCG, food grade manufacturing, electronics, and services delivery. Mark was appointed the McPherson’s Global Supply Chain Director in 2014, following his previous role as McPherson’s Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager. Mark holds an MBA, Masters of Materials Science and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering which have supported him being able to lead organisations supply chain through efficiency improvement, structural and operational change, enabling sustainability and growth.
Research & Development Director
Mary was appointed McPherson’s R&D Director in 2017, following her position as Quality and Compliance Manager – Private Label. She has over 20 years’ experience in the quality and research industry, providing a highly developed quality and compliance background from beauty and household consumables. Mary has held previous management positions at Melbourne Earth GP Network, Beautiworx and Monash University and holds a PhD in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science, Biochemistry. Mary’s extensive industry experience allows her to bring innovation, insights, and product improvements to McPherson’s.
