Diversity & Inclusion
We have established governance to ensure that our brands and products are represented in a diverse and inclusive manner.
In September 2022, we officially established and endorsed diversity and inclusion goals for our six core brands and health brands. Subsequently, by December 2022, we meticulously mapped out processes, initiatives, and governance requirements, complete with delivery timeframes.
This commitment underscores our dedication to fostering a workplace and product environment that celebrates diversity and embraces inclusivity at every level.
